Production Times
We create each tee just for you as part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste. This means your order takes about 7 days to make before shipping. Think of it as a custom piece crafted with care—and better for the planet 🌍.
Shipping Details
We’re proud to work with local facilities worldwide to get your order to you quickly and sustainably. This approach helps reduce our carbon footprint and ensures your order arrives even faster.
Where We Print and Ship From
- United States: Orders for US customers are printed and shipped from our US facility.
- International We’ve partnered with printing facilities in the UK, Germany, Poland, Canada, and Australia. Your tee will be printed at the location closest to you, which speeds up delivery and reduces our carbon footprint.
Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (same country as print facility): 2–5 business days.
- International: Allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your tee ships. You can check its journey and count down the days until it’s in your hands!
Shipping Timeline Details
While we aim to deliver quickly, sometimes life happens—shipping delays, customs, or unexpected hiccups can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Our shipping partners work hard to get your order to you, but occasional delays can happen. Rest assured, we’re always here to support you. If there’s a significant delay (e.g., customs issues), we’ll work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue or provide a quick refund or re-shipment if needed.
Special Shipping Notes
Some countries require additional information for smooth delivery. Please take note and include these items at checkout to streamline things:
- 🇲🇽 Mexico: Provide your tax ID or national ID number
- 🇧🇷 Brazil: Your CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is required.
- 🇯🇵Japan: Use Latin characters when entering your address for faster processing.
- 🇨🇱 Chile: Include your RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Único Tributario) tax number.
